Filling the Well

Sundays beginning September 20
8:45 a.m. | Children's Library, Education Building

The Rev. Rebecca Kirkpatrick leads this discussion of Frances Taylor Gench's Back to the Well, a thoughtful exploration of women whose stories shape the biblical witness from Genesis through the Gospels. Drawing on careful scholarship and theological reflection, Gench invites readers to revisit familiar passages with fresh attention to the lives, voices, and experiences of women in Scripture. Together we will consider how these stories deepen our understanding of God, illuminate the complexities of faith, and speak to the life of the Church today. Whether you know these texts well or are encountering them anew, this class offers an engaging opportunity for study and conversation.

All women are welcome, whether you are a longtime participant or joining for the first time.
