Yoga206 Bone Boost

Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m., Gymnasium

Bone Boost is a one-hour in-person, all-levels mat and chair yoga class that focuses on bone strength with adapted, safe poses. The class is open to persons aged 50 and over who are proactive about reducing bone loss or those diagnosed with medical conditions resulting in bone loss, such as osteopenia or osteoporosis. Participants must be able to sit on and rise from a mat safely.
